Is Obama considering Eric Holder and Al Sharpton for SCOTUS appointment

With the untimely death of Justice Antonin Scalia President Obama how has the ability to further pack the high court with yet another radical progressive appointee to sit on the bench with his previous two selections, thereby assuring his legacy for decades to come.  Of course, the Republican controlled Senate must approve  any nomination coming from the White House.  One must wonder in Obama will dangle some carrot before certain key senators in order his nomination approved.

It should be noted that Scalia was found dead in his Hotel room with a pillow over his head, while on a hunting trip to Texas.  This seems to raise some questions.
