You are right. I live in New York "sanctuary" City and pre-September 11, 2001 Islamic terrorist attacks I witnessed disdain for the greatest country in the world from every angle. My protestations fell upon deaf ears. I remember passing one Labor Day by Eastern Parkway, Bklyn where they have the West Indian Day Parade and immediately noticed that every flag in the Caribbean, Central America and many in South America were displayed while not one American flag was in place.
I recall thinking to myself that anyone who dared to display an American flag in that hateful environment would probably be run off of Eastern Parkway or shot.
Enter 911 terrorist attacks and for the next two or three years, American flags were everywhere.
Enter 2013 and the Communists destroying this country has re-enforced disdain for the
greatest country in the world.
We are back to the pre-911 loathing of the United States.
